Purpose
The Public Ethos Statement defines the moral, civic, and operational standards by which Truthfarian™ conducts disclosure, documentation, and corrective action.
It sets the expectations for how truth is gathered, communicated, and preserved in the public interest.
This ethos is binding, transparent, and non-negotiable.

1. Truth as a Civic Duty
Truthfarianism asserts that truth is not optional it is an obligation owed to the public, especially where institutions fail or distort the factual record.
- accuracy over convenience
- evidence over opinion
- integrity over institutional pressure

2. Zero-Tolerance for Distortion
Any form of:
- narrative manipulation
- institutional spin
- selective omission
- deliberate misdirection
is treated as a breach of public trust.
Truthfarianism commits to full and unfiltered disclosure where harm, injustice, or systemic failure is involved.
3. Non-Harmful Exposure
Truthfarianism allows exposure of wrongdoing but prohibits any unnecessary personal harm.
The target is always:
- the breach
- the distortion
- the concealment
- the systemic failure
Never the innocent individual or collateral party.

4. Evidence-First Principle
All published material must rest on:
- verifiable documentation
- timestamped records
- correspondence chains
- legal or procedural evidence
- demonstrable pattern analysis
Speculation, rumour, or unverified claims are not admissible.
5. Accountability Without Hostility
Truthfarianism does not seek revenge, spectacle, or personal destruction. It seeks accountability that restores balance, corrects records, and prevents recurrence.
Where escalation is required, it is taken:
- lawfully
- proportionally
- transparently

6. Accessibility of Truth
Truth must be communicated:
- clearly
- simply
- without jargon
- without elitism
- without exclusion
Any person, from any background, should be able to understand the published material without loss of depth or precision.
7. No Ownership of Truth
Truthfarianism rejects the idea that truth can be privatised, controlled, or withheld for profit or power.
Truth is a public asset. It belongs to the people, not to institutions, corporations, or governments.

8. Reciprocity and Ethical Balance
Every act of exposure must consider its effect across:
- individuals
- communities
- ecological systems
- and the moral coherence of the wider environment
Truthfarianism requires that every correction serve a restorative purpose.
9. Transparency in Method
All methodologies used for:
- analysis
- disclosure
- classification
- redress modelling
- equilibrium testing
must be openly documented and available for public inspection.
Secrecy erodes trust. Transparency strengthens truth.

10. Commitment to Equilibrium
The ultimate purpose of Truthfarianism is not punishment or division.
It is equilibrium the restoration of balance where harm, distortion, or institutional collapse has occurred.
Truth is the mechanism. Equilibrium is the destination.
Truthfarian™ commits to a public ethos of clarity, evidence, reciprocity, and non-harm. The public has the right to know, the right to understand, and the right to reclaim truth from any structure that obscures it.
